Sales Development Representative
Remote Sales
Currently we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team to work with the UK market.

Your role will involve:
- Lead outreach (email, social media, phone, written, etc.).
- Follow up on marketing qualified leads
- Drive the conversions from initial contact to RFP (request for proposal)
- Qualify leads according to BANT and Unicsoft best practices
- Nurture leads without a need until they have one, anticipate future needs
- Work with Zoho CRM to keep data records and statuses updated.
- Keep an eye on trends within your own leads portfolio and provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing teams

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in international B2B sales as SDR or Junior Sales;
- At least 1 year of experience working with contacts from the outbound channels;
- Basic knowledge of SPIN selling, WIFM, AIDA and desire to apply it on practice;
- Experience with CRM as a user;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English C1 or native;
